Aliette Hernandez Carolan
Aliette Hernandez Carolan is the founding member of the firm. She is an experienced attorney and active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Prior to establishing the firm, Mrs. Carolan chose to work for some of the most prestigious family law firms in Miami-Dade county where she focused on complex marital and family law litigation. She represents husbands and wives and their children, national and local community leaders, athletes, entertainers, artists, prominent business owners, entrepeneurs, executives, teachers, doctors and lawyers. She is known for reaching creative settlements and positive trial results for her clients.
Mrs. Carolan was born and raised in South Miami, Florida. She received her Bachelors of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. During this time she was a champion policy debater. She was awarded academic honors and a scholarship for her public interest commitments. She also participated in the highly competitive Foreign Policy seminar at American University in Washington, DC, during the Summer of 1998. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the Shephard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University. She attended the Paris Institute, in Paris, France, during the Summer of 2001 and was President of the Public Interest Law Society. She served as Guardian ad Litem during law school and continues to do so today. She obtained a Certificate of Concentration of International Law for her substantial contribution to the furtherance of International and Comparative Law.
She resides in downtown Miami with her husband and daughter.
